Li–Mn–O thin film cathode materials are prepared by high frequency (27.12 MHz) RF magnetron sputtering. The high RF frequency gives higher deposition rates without compromising on the quality of the films. This investigation focuses on the effects of post-annealing on the micro-structural, morphological and electrical properties of Li–Mn–O films. It is observed that with the increase of annealing temperature the crystallinity as well as the electrical conductivity of the films increases. The films annealed at 600–700 °C are found to have high structural perfection and good electrical properties.  相似文献

Lead containing calcium zinc sodium fluoroborate (LCZSFB) glasses doped with different concentrations of trivalent dysprosium ions were prepared and investigated by the XRD, FTIR, optical absorption, photoluminescence and decay curve analysis. The experimentally determined oscillator strengths have been determined by measuring the areas under the absorption peaks and the Judd–Ofelt (J–O) intensity parameters were calculated using the least squares fit method. From the evaluated J–O parameters the radiative transition probability rates, radiative lifetimes and branching ratios were calculated for 4F9/2 excited level. Room temperature photoluminescence spectra for different concentrations of Dy3+-doped LCZSFB glasses were obtained by exciting the glass samples at 386 nm. The intensity of Dy3+ emission spectra increases with increasing concentration of 0.1, 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 mol% and beyond 1.0 mol% the concentration quenching is observed. The measuring branching ratios are reasonably high for transitions 4F9/26H15/2 and 6H13/2, suggesting that the emission at 484 and 576 nm, respectively, can give rise to lasing action in the visible region. From the visible emission spectra, yellow–blue (Y/B) intensity ratios and chromaticity color coordinates were also estimated. The lifetimes of 4F9/2 metastable state for the samples with different concentrations were also measured and discussed.  相似文献

Optical properties of BiSBr and BiSeBr crystals were investigated by the full potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method with density-functional theory (DFT). The complex dielectric function and optical constants, such as optical absorption coefficient, refractive index, extinction coefficient, energy-loss spectrum and reflectivity, were calculated and compared in the energy range of 0–30 eV. Origin of anisotropic behavior of optical spectra was also discussed. The plasmon energy ?ωp was estimated to be 18 eV for BiSeBr and 20 eV for BiSBr crystal.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties of La(Mg0.5−xCaxSn0.5)O3 ceramics were examined with a view to their exploitation for wireless communications. The La(Mg0.5−xCaxSn0.5)O3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method with various sintering temperatures. The La(Mg0.5−xCaxSn0.5)O3 ceramics contained Ca2SnO4, CaSnO3, and La2O3. The amount of Ca2SnO4 increased with increasing sintering temperature. However, the relative amount of CaSnO3 decreased with increasing sintering temperature. An apparent density of 6.52 g/cm3, a dielectric constant (εr) of 20.2, a quality factor (Q×f) of 80,500 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of −79 ppm/°C were obtained for La(Mg0.4Ca0.1Sn0.5)O3 ceramics that were sintered at 1500 °C for 4 h.  相似文献

The glass transition temperature dependence to heating rate and therefore the activation energy (ΔH?) of the glass transition of (60-x)V2O5xNiO–40TeO2 oxide glasses with 0≤x≤20 (in mol%) were investigated at heating rates φ (=3 6, 9, 10 and 12 K/min) using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The heating rate dependence of Tg was used to investigate the applicability of different theoretical models describing the glass transition. Using the application of Moynihan and Kissinger et al. models to the present data, different values of (ΔH?) at each different heating-rate regions were obtained. The fragility parameter (mH?/R Tg) was ∼24.98 for x=10 mol%, suggesting that this glass may be considered as a rather strong glass (fragility index m∼>20 is an indication of fragile glass). Also the compositional dependence of Tg and ΔH? was investigated.  相似文献

We have investigated three-dimensional electronic structure for NaxCoO2 (x=0.77 and 0.65) by high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy to study the origin of antiferromagnetic (AF) transition of highly doped NaxCoO2(x>0.75). The a1g large hole-like Fermi surface (FS) in x=0.77 shows distinct three-dimensionality along the kz direction, and a three-dimensional small electron pocket appears around Γ point, indicating strong inter-layer electronic correlation. On the other hand, x=0.65 sample does not show three-dimensional behavior. This result indicates that transition of FS as a function of band filling is closely related to the occurrence of the magnetic transition in highly doped NaxCoO2.  相似文献

ZrO2-embedded carbon fibers were prepared for use as an electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding material by electrospinning and heat treatment methods. Structural changes were observed in the ZrO2 and in the carbon structures by XRD and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. During heat treatment, XRD analysis results revealed a transition from a monoclinic structure to a tetragonal structure in ZrO2 and a graphitization in the structural formation of carbon fibers was observed by Raman spectroscopy. It was observed that these structural changes in the ZrO2 and the carbon fibers improved the real and imaginary permittivities by a factor of more than 3.5. The EMI shielding efficiency (SE) improved along with the permittivity with higher treatment temperatures and greater amounts of embedded ZrO2; the highest average EMI SE achieved was 31.79 dB in 800-8500 MHz. The heat treatment played an important role in the improvements in the permittivity and in the EMI SE because of the heat-induced structural changes of the ZrO2-embedded electrospun carbon fibers. We suggest that the EMI shielding of the fibers is primarily due to the absorption of electromagnetic waves, which prevents secondary EMI by reflection of electromagnetic waves.  相似文献

The application of a closed thick film flowing filtered water to immerse the ablation etching mechanism of an excimer laser poses interesting possibilities concerning debris control, modification of machined feature topography and modification of the ablation rate. Furthermore, these parameters have been shown to be dependent on flow velocity; hence, offering further user control of machining characteristics. However, the impact of this technique requires investigation. This contribution offers comparison of the calculated ablation pressure and the effect on feature surface characteristics given for laser ablation of bisphenol A polycarbonate using KrF excimer laser radiation in ambient air against laser ablation of the same substrate under closed thick film flowing filtered water immersion. Also, an impact of such immersion equipment on the optical performance of the micromachining centre used is quantified and reviewed. The pressure is calculated to have risen by a magnitude of 48, when using the liquid immersed ablation technique. This increase in pressure is proposed to have an increased surface roughness, promoting the number of asperities with a surface area lower than 16 μm2; resulting in a diffuse reflection of light and an apparent darkening of features. The focal length of the optical system was accurately predicted to increase by 2.958 mm, when using the closed flowing liquid immersion equipment. This equipment is predicted to have increased the optical depth of focus via reduction in the angle of convergence of the two defining image rays; yet the perceived focus, measured discretely by mean feature wall angle, was found to be 25% smaller when using the closed thick film flowing filtered water immersion technique instead of similar laser ablation in ambient air. A compressed plume interaction is proposed as a contributing factor in this change.  相似文献

The electronic structure and the metal-insulator transition (MIT) of V2O3 are investigated in the framework of density functional theory and GGA+U. It is found that, both the insulating and metallic phases can be realized in rhombohedral structure by varying the on-site Coulomb interaction, and the MIT in V2O3 can take place without any structure phase transition. Our calculated energy gap (0.63 eV) agrees with experimental result very well. The metallic phase exhibits high spin (S=1) character, but it becomes S=1/2 in insulating phase. According to our analysis, the Mott-Hubbard and the charge-transfer induce the MIT together, and it supports the mechanism postulated by Tanaka (2002) [11].  相似文献

Eu2O3 and Sc2O3 co-doped W matrix impregnated cathodes have been prepared by the powder metallurgy method. The constitution of active elements on activated cathode surface is analyzed by in-situ Auger electron spectroscopy. It is found that although Eu exists in the matrix, no Eu is found on the cathode surface due to the formation of a stable Eu containing compound. Sc, Ba and O diffuse to the surface of the cathode and form an active surface layer during the activation period whereas the stable Eu-compound cannot liberate free Eu, which can diffuse from the cathode to the surface. The active substance of Sc, Ba and O on the cathode surface contribute to the emission property.  相似文献
